Not sure which board? Most clubs start on Club: selection, team sheets and match fees are where a season’s admin actually lives. Free is for a club that wants the leaderboard first and everything else later, and it does not run out.
We never take a cut of your club’s money.
Match fees, subs, tour money, bar takings. Whatever your members pay you, all of it is yours. Card processing is Stripe’s standard rate, charged by Stripe, and every payment shows gross and fees separately so your treasurer can reconcile it in a minute.

Questions about paying.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes, and it does not expire. No card, no trial clock, no reminder emails counting down. Your leaderboard, player stats and Season Wrapped stay up for as long as you want them. We would rather you upgraded because the app started running your season than because a timer ran out.
Do members pay extra to pay online?
No. Members pay exactly the amount requested. Card processing comes out of the club’s side at Stripe’s standard rate, and gross and fees are always shown separately. We add nothing on top.
Monthly or annual?
Either. Annual is £99 for Club and £199 for Premier, which is two months free, and it means one payment your treasurer can put through in March rather than twelve card charges to keep an eye on. Most clubs budget by the season, so most clubs pick annual.
What happens if we stop paying?
You keep your data. All of it: results, stats, leaderboard, accounts, the lot. A club that lapses drops back to reading and can still collect money it is already owed, so nobody is ever locked out of their own subs. Downgrading removes what the app can do for you, never what it holds for you.
Can we change plan mid-season?
Yes, in both directions, from your club’s billing page. Upgrades take effect straight away. Nothing is deleted on the way down.
